Swiss Casinos has launched ReelLink, a technology designed to bring iGaming innovation directly into land-based casinos, fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Swiss Casinos, Switzerland’s leading land-based and online casino operator, has unveiled an innovative technology capable of delivering the benefits of online gambling directly to physical casino floors, while remaining fully aligned with local regulations.
With ReelLink, casinos can unlock a wide range of premium iGaming content on existing machines without invasive hardware intervention, ensuring full integration with the Casino Management System (CMS).
The device allows players to access the same richness and variety of casino games available online, but within a traditional land-based casino environment, while fully respecting land-based gambling regulations and approved casino payments frameworks.
The technology has already been approved in Switzerland and is operational in live casino environments, meeting some of the highest global industry standards.
The system has been tested and certified by BMM Testlabs—also active in the Romanian market—ensuring operational security, system integrity, and full regulatory compliance.
In terms of security and sustainability, Swiss Casinos Technology AG is ISO 27001 certified for information security management and ISO 14001 certified for environmental management.
ReelLink integrates seamlessly with any CMS, ensuring full compatibility with player tracking systems, accounting, and compliance protocols. It also supports standard casino peripherals such as LED displays, bill validators, and TiTo systems, covering both casino games delivery and secure casino payments processing.
Digital Player Interaction
The entire ecosystem is managed through a dedicated casino portal, providing real-time access to logs, performance data, and system status.
Content can be updated instantly with just a few clicks, while gaming floor staff have direct access to diagnostic functions via the machine’s technical menu. All activities are automatically logged, ensuring complete traceability.
Already active in the Swiss market—one of the most strictly regulated in the world—ReelLink enables certified online game content to be deployed on approved slot machines within seconds.
This software-based approach gives operators the speed and flexibility of iGaming, while preserving the security, compliance, and economic efficiency of a traditional casino model.
“As Switzerland’s leading multi-channel casino operator, we continuously invest to deliver a seamless and engaging omnichannel experience for our players,” said Deborah Conte Santoro, Managing Director of ReelLink.
“For the first time, land-based casinos can introduce new content without delay, quickly responding to evolving player preferences while keeping gaming floors and showcases constantly updated,” she added.
The technology also opens land-based casinos to an entirely new universe of content that is highly popular in the online world, enabling engagement with digital-first players while offering greater variety and value to traditional customers.
“ReelLink is a truly groundbreaking product, and we are excited to launch it with land-based casino operators around the world,” added Marcel Tobler, CEO of Swiss Casinos AG.
ReelLink will be showcased live at ICE Barcelona, January 19–21, at the Wazdan booth, stand #2Y50.
